I had a request from a contractor for an after hour and weekend usage report.
I get those request a lot, as you can imagine with $4.00 gas, what was unique about the request is he wants to bill back the employee for personal use. It turns out that this can pay for the entire system, and still give the contractor accurate billing and trip reporting. What do you think of this approach?
Any better ideas to recover cost of personal use?
